Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of EU Reg. 679/2016 for the use of the e-commerce service

Ownership and purpose of the processing​
The personal data collected electronically by Giardini di Toscana S.r.l.s., based in Bibbiena (AR), via XXVIII Agosto 7, as data controller, are processed and stored, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and of the EU Regulation n. 679/2016, for the following purposes:

 

• Compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards (invoicing, etc.)

• Contract fulfillment for the sales service

• Carrying out training activities and training courses

• Sending newsletters and information relating to the company's products, news, initiatives and promotions.

 

Data retention is maintained for the time necessary for contractual or legal compliance, for the implementation of the specific project, or in any case for the time in which the company maintains an interest in data retention, unless the owner requests cancellation. The data are kept until a possible revocation even when the owner has given consent to remain informed about promotional activities and events of Giardini di Toscana.

Consent

Consent to the collection, processing and storage of data is mandatory and implicit when required by law or to fulfill a contract, such as the online purchase of a product. Instead, the data owner will be asked explicitly in all other cases, such as for example subscribing to newsletters or receiving promotional material.

 

 

Data transfer and profiling

The data collected will not be profiled or transferred to third parties, except in compliance with legal obligations or for contractual purposes, to ensure the correct performance of company services. Any transfers of the crops that are necessary for the performance of a service to customers will be communicated in advance to the owners of the data.

 

Order and payment data

The data relating to the payment of online purchases are managed independently by the Wix platform and do not enter the availability and ability to be viewed by the company, which only receives information relating to the buyer's address and shipping data. The customer's email is required to send the order confirmation and, possibly, discount codes that can be used for future purchases.

 

Data retention

The data is collected and processed both in paper form, with conservation in a protected archive, and in computer mode, in computer - databases protected by firewalls and passwords.

 

Rights of the owners

The data holders can at any time request information on the data collected, they can request its modification and correction and can request its cancellation by writing an email to info@giardiniditoscana.com or by mail to the registered office of the company, provided that the same cancellation does not conflict with legal obligations.

 

At any time, the data holders can also revoke the consent provided for information and marketing activities made by Giardini di Toscana towards them.
